Sometimes I just wonder, how much do we miss as we go through the day. This past Friday, both of us had the day off so we headed down the road along the Mississippi River just to see who was around. Well we found eighteen different kinds of birds from Chickadees to Eagles. But, can you believe we found an Eastern Blue Bird, not just one but four. (sorry about the poor quality of the photo) This Red-Tailed Hawk, just sitting soaking up the sun watching us go on are way. Or this Redpoll that comes from the Arctic to warm up in Minnesota. So the next time you are out and about, take a look around, put the cell phone down and see who's around you or above you. You might just be surprised who is visiting your area of the world.Stay warm.
