Added Light

For some of you, you have heard that Kim's mother Judy Miller died this past week unexpectedly.  A tradition in our home, each Christmas Eve. We light a candle to represent those that have passed and that have touched our lives, since we have been married. For some the candle was lite to early, an for others, the candle eased the pain. The memory of Judy, will live on and the candles will always be always be lite.

Pining for Winter

It's 100 and I am pining of Winter. It's to hot to do anything, but pining. Maybe looking at photo's from past Winters will cool me down and bring me hope that the heat is short lived.

One word sums up last week end this week, HOT!
It was even to hot, for this Northern Cardinal that dropped it head feathers. Or this squirrel, that just laid on the feeder. This heat is for all of you that wanted it last Winter, but on the bright side, only three months until the first frost.
