Bonsai?

Bonsai?
Why not, I have tried everything else and Kim is always saying to get a hobbie or two. So with a book from my friend Don, that had lots of pictures. I was able to turn out my first Bonsai.

Let's see what else we can do with this.

Big Green Egg Work out

The weather was great, lets fire up the egg and see what we can make this weekend.

First on, the a rack of pork ribs, nothing like starting the grill on a Saturday morning at 7:30 AM for a long five hour smoke!

I had to start doing the ribs, because Kim had a sour dough bread that was next inline.

After a quick thunder storm Sunday, it was time for the Italian Herb Bread.


Next inline was the Finnish Cardamom bread.

And to think my Doc told me to watch my carbs this summer!

Like a Duck to water?

Must have done something right when I built the stream in the back yard last year. We now have these two duck living in the yard and spend a great deal of time in the water. So if the duck like it, it must be okay.

Pork shoulder on the grill for ten hours, oh so good!
The bread just keep on cranking out of the kitchen.
