
The weather was great, lets fire up the egg and see what we can make this weekend.
First on, the a rack of pork ribs, nothing like starting the grill on a Saturday morning at 7:30 AM for a long five hour smoke!

I had to start doing the ribs, because Kim had a sour dough bread that was next inline.

After a quick thunder storm Sunday, it was time for the Italian Herb Bread.

Next inline was the Finnish Cardamom bread.
And to think my Doc told me to watch my carbs this summer!
