Bread in the BGE (Big Green Egg) this weekend.This was not the only bread this weekend. The first was a Sourdough Pumpernickel. Sorry no photos of that one.
The second, is Honey Wheat.
Only eight more weeks until the first county fair and at least 20 plus loaves of bread to go, before we are happy.
